30 Day Product Exchange Plan Have you ever bought a piece of furniture you thought was perfect... but when you got it home it was too big, too small, the wrong shape or you just plain hated it?
Yeah, well we've all done that!
But now Living Image has a 30 Day Exchange Plan that allows you to buy with complete piece of mind... and to rectify a hasty or incorrect purchase without incurring any additional cost.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The request to exchange an item must be emailed to Living Image within 30 days of delivery to, or collection by, the customer (emails establish an undisputable record of correspondence including sending dates and addressees).
The item(s) must have been purchased from Living Image’s floor stock or warehouse stock. This offer does NOT extend to items specially ordered or made for the customer.
The item must have been paid for in full.
If the customer has any other undelivered orders the deposits or payments due in respect of all such orders must be up to date.
Due to possible stock deterioration in the customer’s home the replacement item must be ordered within 7 days of the date the initial item was delivered or collected... and the initial item(s) must be returned to Living Image within 48 hours.
If the replacement item is not ordered within 7 days then an exchange fee equal to 10% of the price of the original item will be charged… and if it is not ordered within 14 days then an exchange fee of 20% will be charged. After 30 days the exchange offer expires and cannot be reinstated.
The original item’s full purchase price (less any exchange fee for late re-ordering) will be credited against the new order.
If the replacement item has a lower value the difference must be spent within a further 30 days or it becomes forfeited, and if the replacement item has a higher value the difference must be paid in full at the time the replacement is ordered.
The replacement item need not be from Living Image’s floor stock or warehouse stock. It may be ordered or manufactured specially for the customer and in this regard time shall not be of the essence regarding it's delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply to each collection and/or delivery unless the customer returns the item and collects the replacement himself.
The returned item must be in perfect condition. If it has any damage whatsoever it will not be credited or accepted for exchange.
The customer is not entitled to the loan of any products during the period for which they are waiting for their replacement item(s).
A replaced item becomes a final purchase and is not subject to this exchange plan. Under no circumstances will any monies be refunded.
